I made these this weekend and they were TOO good not to share! I had trouble not eating the entire pan of these devilish delights. At 115 calories a pop, you can afford to eat more than 1, or 4 :-).
Ingredients
1 box low fat brownie mix
1 can diet Coke
1. Combine the dry brownie mix and diet coke in a large bowl
2. Whisk until fully combined without lumps or bubbles (the carbonation makes this a little tricky)
3. Pour into a greased 9x9in baking dish
4. Bake according to the brownie box plus 5-10 extra minutes (mine was good at 350 degrees for 47 minutes)
5. Let cool and enjoy! (I popped the pan into the fridge and preferred eating these babies cold)
Seriously guys, they are fudgy and moist...you have GOT to make these!

Wow, these look amazing, and only 115 calories. I am on it! Thanks for sharing.
I know this one of the most basic recipes, but I wanted to make it right so I am SO GLAD you posted this! I have wanted to make them for FOREVER! I think I am going to go heat up the oven now! :)
I love brownies...and only 115 definitely makes it okay to indulge (a lot).
Yum! I've never heard of this!
These look so good!
Yum! I have heard of these before, but never knew anyone who made them!
YUm! Now I want to try some.;)
These sound delish and easy!!! :)
SO excited to try these!
Do these taste at all like diet coke? I want to try them but I do not like diet coke. :)
That doesn't sound like something I would like, but the pictures look delish! I think I'll give them a try. If I don't like them, I know who will!
This is too interesting not to try. Now my curiosity is peaked!
I've never made Diet Coke brownies but they look delish! I have made a Diet Coke cake which was excellent and black bean brownies which were also good.
