I was excited when I was approached by ConAgra Foods to review their new online resource center just for bloggers, The Dish. My blog may not be 100% food focused, but as my readers know: I love food! Since getting married a year and a half ago, I’ve been determined to learn my way around the kitchen. My hubby sure appreciates the practice! The Dish is a food help desk full of product reviews, recipes, expert Q&A and even coupons and promotions for users!

My favorite section of the dish is definitely the Recipe Resource section. I know I can find delicious, well balanced meals I can trust will taste as good as the pictures look. I often find recipes online and come to find out they call for incredibly rare/expensive ingredients or just don’t end up tasting good, and I know I can trust The Dish.

Here are my top 2 favorite recipes from The Dish

Buffalo Chicken Chili: My husband loves anything buffalo flavored, and soups are hearty and keep him full! The chili is packed with protein from the chicken and black beans and topped with his favorite type of cheese…blue cheese

Shredded Beef Sandwiches: A meal made in the crockpot is my kind of meal. I work full-time outside of the home, and there are days where the last thing I want to do is chop, wash, broil, and bake in the kitchen. Crockpot meals are easy to prep and easy to clean up and this shredded beef is great for leftovers!
