Apples, cinnamon, sweat pants, and the excuse to use a blanket are what make Fall my favorite season. I know, I know. You have probably seen enough of those "What I Love About Fall" posts in your Facebook feed. But hey, I'm a new face to you, so I totally get my 3 minutes of share time.

I know the ingredients list
and the directions list is a bit long, BUT some of the ingredients are
repeated. And think of it like you are building layers when you make this
dessert: crust, cheesecake, apples, crumble, and caramel.
Whew. Eating it almost as
exhausting. No, no it's not. :) Caramel
Apple + Cheesecake + Crumble Topping = WIN. I had to get these out of my house
before I ate the entire pan myself. Truth.

OMG this looks amazing! I love apple pie so this seems like a fun fall take on it. The topping looks to die for-I'm all about crusts. Ha. The only thing I've baked so far this fall is pumpkin bread. It's about time i made something else...and this seems like the perfect little treat for me and my hubby. Hope you had a great weekend!
