KidScents {giveaway}

I was finally able to get my hands on some of the KidScents oils from Young Living. Never heard of them? Young Living recently came out with a line of oils specific to common concerns of childhood. Tummy aches, ouchies, sleep help, sniffles, focusing, bug bites. The KidScents blends are created with the appropriate strength to be safe for children and can replace a lot of your medicine cabinet items! No need to worry about diluting or whether the oil is too hot for your kiddos. The KidScents oil collection has been a hot item ever since it came out and I haven't been able to order because it always seems to be out of stock when my monthly order goes in but Young Living has recently started selling the KidScents oils individually. Yeah! For some reason our family seems to be doomed with the tummy bug quite often so I was excited to get my hands on TummyGize (basically the kid version of Digize, one of my favorite and most used oils!). I also got Owie which has already come in handy many times because Ford is quite the rough and tumble little boy already. I wish had SniffleEase a few weeks ago when we brought Lucy home from the hospital and she contracted a nasty cold from big brother (so did mama). Sleepylze are also in my arsenal now and I am anxious to compare it to the rub I made from Peace and Calming and Lavender for my babies. This mama will try anything to get my kiddos to sleep! You can view the entire Young Living KidScents here and if you are interested in ordering these or any other Young Living oils, shoot me an email.

Another thing I've recently added to my oil collection is a second diffuser. I have a Young Living diffuser that came with my starter kit and I am constantly have to bring it upstairs and downstairs, forgetting to wash it, and realizing it's in Ford's room and I need it when he is fast asleep. I just got this dual Humidifier and Diffuser by Emmi's Essentials and it is been working great for Ford. It is small, easy to use, and Ford loves that the lights change colors, his favorite is "deen!". Unlike the YL diffuser, I can set a timer on this one which I really like. I don't like to diffuse oils all night in Ford's room, just a personal preference of mine. Oh and it's less than $40! Buy yours today, here.

I just started dipping my toes into the world of essential oils. Right now I love diffusing peppermint and lavender...it's calming and uplifting at the same time; I love it!

I love essential oils...my favorite is lavender. I love diffusing lemon and orange during the day and lavender at the end of the day!

I've been hesitant to get on the oil bandwagon - mainly b/c I went to buy the 'starter kit' and was like it's HOW MUCH? But EVERYONE is sooooo into them! Must be something to that, right?

I love using essential oils! Lavender is probably my favorite just because it always seems to be used the most. My favorite blend is lavender - peppermint - lemon for allergies and sniffles but I also think it smells great!

I know nothing about oils but hear so many things about them from friends and blogs. With a little one on the way, getting ready to move, and chasing around a 1 year old; lavender would be great for a good night sleep... right?! lol So that's the one I'd like to try.

Thanks to YOU we have a growing collection of essential oils. I mostly diffuse lavender in Kamden's room at bedtime (the machine shuts off after an hour) and I Have begun applying tea tree oil and frankencinse to my face, along with a moisturizer. I've battled with acne most of my life and the oils, along with a better diet, have improved my completion. I need to learn more about oils as a bug repellent. With all the springtime rain we've gotten in North Texas, the mosquitos are FEROCIOUS this year. Kamden has two bites and they're really red, poor guy! I always itch with 'skeeter' bites too, so he gets it honestly!

Cute diffuser, I love that it changes colors. :)

My EO journey started less than 3 months back and sometimes I wonder how was I managing without them earlier?:). Am using them on myself and my 3 yr old and the husband...peppermint, lavendre, thieves and RC have been life savers! and with the second one on the way .. 2 months to go..would love to have another diffuser since I am constantly running up and down our 2 storey home, moving the one diffuser we own from room to room. A 2nd would be fantastic to own! Peace and calming and Valor are 2 oils I would LOVE to try ...they have been out of stock ever since I started.

I've thought about trying oils since my oldest has a tough time falling asleep and my youngest has tummy aches all the time. It gets overwhelming trying to figure out what to try.

I don't currently use EO's but with our first baby arriving in a few weeks I have begun researching EO's and these oils made specifically for children would be a wonderful start! The only oil I have ever dabbled with is lavender, which I am sure would be heavenly to diffuse in our home at bedtime!

I love wintergreen oil to help relieve tissue pain. I rub a little oil on the painful spot, and then reapply about 20 minutes later. It's great to use before I go to bed!

That diffuser would be a great addition to our collection! We use YL oils and love them. I've been wanting to try the kids oils but haven't got around to ordering any. We use lavender a lot, it really does help with some many things. How do you like the kidscents oils?

We used EOs this winter for congestion - Peppermint, especially. I just got a blend for bug repellant that we'll be using heavily this summer. I'd love to try the special kids blends, I hadn't heard of them.

I do not usee essential oils but I am thinking of starting them because I have heard so many great things about them from you and a few other people. I have a horrible immune system and a lot of tummy issues as of late. I would definitely want to use oils for that stuff.

SleepyIze has been a God send in our house as of late! I too had trouble getting my hands on the KidScents but now that I was able I ordered three bottles of the SleepyIze right away! We're not taking chances on running out of that one!

I started using essential oils in 2001 after attending a class. I was hooked. My favorite is tea tree oil, because it heals wounds/burns/stings so quickly and instantly removes the pain of stings/bites and minor burns (might need to reapply a few minutes after the first application to get this).

I love using essential oils! My favorite one to use is Lavender. I use it in my bath water and sprinkle a few drops on my pillow at night because it helps me to relax and sleep much better.
