Ingredients
Large zucchinis (1 per person)
Small amount of pizza/tomato/pasta sauce
Toppings- pepperonis, cooked sausage, fresh tomatoes, olives, peppers, etc
Spices- salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, your choice
Shredded mozzarella cheese
1. Cut each zucchini long ways and scoop out the seeds to form a boat
2. Now start stuffing it! Sauce, toppings, sprinkle some spices, and top with cheese.
3. Place inside a foil lined baking dish (the smaller the better so they don't tip over) and bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes
Enjoy!

Ohhh that's right up my alley! Going to make asap!
We absolutely LOVE this pizza-alternative! It's delicious and since we're trying to stay low carbs in the evening- its a win win!! :)
YUM! You make zucchini look good! ;) I have seen many recipes similar, I may have to try this who could pass up cheese & pepperoni!! Hope you and your little family are all well!

I've made those! I sliced mine into little circles though. Super tasty!
What a great idea, haven't seen those on Pinterest yet. So much healthier than the traditional crust. All your recipe posts really has me wanting to have recipes on my blog. I just need to get cooking!
