Finish This

My favorite recipe is...these chocolate chip cookie dough bars. My mom's been making them for years and they have to be the easiest and most delicious dessert ever. Want to wow people at a dinner party? Make them.

I believe in...forgiveness. Colossians 3:13, "forgive as the Lord forgave you." I've shared about the gift of forgiveness and how to forgive on my blog, would love for you to check them out.

I need to set boundaries...with my time. Since having a baby I've gotten better at saying no and not over committing myself. Laundry can go unwashed, errands don't have to be done all in one day. The "old" me would cringe but babies don't keep, I am working on living in the moment.

I began living when...I met Jon. I led a happy and content life before meeting him but he unlocked spontaneity in me, helped me find a confidence I seemed to have lost, and together we sought the Holy Spirit in our relationship.

I'll keep you safe, you keep me wild

Linking up with these ladies (Nicole {Three 31Lisa {The Coastal Chicster}and Becky {The Java Mama} Jen {The Arizona Russums}) for a weekly series called Finish This.

I love the I began living one. It's true that when you meet the right person, it's like they wake you up. And I agree with the making more time for the kids and yourself. I hope you have a great weekend.

I agree! Priorities change once you have babies. Sometimes it's just too fun watching them play and giggle to peel yourself off the floor to do another load of dishes or laundry. It's great to treasure these moments! They certainly go SO fast! And I feel the same way about not living until I found my husband. So amazing how that can happen. Love hearing about true love :)

Love the photo of you and your husband, and the caption "I'll keep you safe, you keep me wild." I feel like this describes me and my husband to a tee!

Consider those cookie bars pinned and my heart swooning from your relationship with Jon! My favorite line is that you are working on living in the moment. That is something we all need to do!
