Lucy's First Bath

Miss Lucy Joy got her first sponge bath (post hospital) this past weekend weekend. Her cord stump is still attached so no real baths for her yet. Big brother Ford was so excited to help! He gathered all the supplies and helped wash her. I was shocked that girlfriend was so wide eyed and didn't ever cry. I still distinctly remember Ford's first bath and he screamed the whole time! Funny because he loves baths now. I can't wait until they can bathe together, talk about cuteness. Even though this ain't my first rodeo, you somehow forget how to do things with a newborn.
