Goat cheese and honey dip

I originally found this recipe on PB Fingers and knew I had to make it when my big sis brought to to a family party. I love goat cheese. I love honey. I love goat cheese and honey dip!

Ingredients
11 ounce log of goat cheese
1/2 cup honey

(yep we shop at Costco)

1. Heat up the goat cheese in the microwave for 30 seconds-1 minute. Break into chunks and mix with honey. Pulse with a hand mixer or immersion blender until creamy and smooth
2. I let the dip chill in the fridge for 2 hours before serving but you could serve immediately
3. Serve with anything! Nilla Wafers, pretzels, Ritz crackers, fruit, etc. Whatever your heart desires
