Last week I took a picture of my workout wear each day (like my first Fashion Friday post) and thought I'd share with you! I will say it up front...I get so incredibly hot while working out and have to wear as little clothes as possible (so please don't confuse me with a PussyCat Doll).
Monday was the 4th of July and we were at the lake eating our body weights in cookie cake so I skipped the gym, naturally.
I have started wearing different types of shoes for different workouts to keep my feet happy. Top pair is for lifting and machine/outdoor cardio and bottom pair is for dance type classes (cardio dance party and Zumba). The bottom pair is super light, airy and easy to move around in. I will forever wear New Balance!
