I've been trying to add more seafood into our lives and I am so excited to share this recipe with you. This sauce can be made in a pinch yet is elegant and delicious!
Ingredients
2 tbsp olive oil
3 medium cloves garlic, minced
3/4 cup onion, diced
1 cup diced red pepper
14 ounce can, stewed whole tomatoes
2 tbsp tomato paste
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
7 ounce can crab meat
8 ounces pasta, boiled according to directions
Parmesan cheese to top

Parmesan cheese to top
1. Saute the garlic, onions and bell pepper in olive oil
2. Add the tomatoes and crush with a fork
3. Add the tomato paste, salt, and pepper
4. Cover loosely with a lid and simmer for 15 minutes
5. Cook the pasta according to the package
6. Add the crab meat to the sauce and any additional salt or pepper to taste
7. Top the pasta with the hot sauce and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese

Yum! I like trying to incorporate more seafood into our meals too, but M's not a big fan of it, so we don't do it very often.
This looks great, girl! I may have to try it sometime :-) We eat seafood at least once or twice a week. I'll do Salmon and Asperagus then later in the week we will do tilapia fish tacos with HEB's fresh wheat tortillas and black beans/avocado! They are amazing!
I'm an Italian & a Maryland girl, so this meal is like everything I love all wrapped into one: carbs and crabs. Seems fitting, right?? Looks delish! I might need to try! :)
