White Champagne Sangria

Since my sister's baby shower was in the late afternoon, we wanted refreshing, summery cocktails that weren't too heavy. A girlfriend of mine recently made this sangria for a party and passed on the delicious recipe. I bought a glass drink dispenser specifically for the shower and it looked beautiful! We tripled this recipe and served along with wine, sodas, and waters.

Ingredients
1 Granny Smith apple
1 Red Delicious apple
2 peaches
1 lemon
1 orange
8 oz Peach Schnapps
2 cups grape juice
1 bottle champagne
1 cup club soda

1. Dice up the fruit and mix with 8 ounces Peach Schnapps and 2 cups grape juice 24 hours before serving and refrigerate.
2. Right before serving, add 1 bottle of champagne and 1 cup club soda (more or less depending on how you want it to taste)
3. Serve cold (we had a slotted spoon to scoop fruit from the top)

Sangria is amazing for summer (well all year for that matter. ha). This looks like a yummy recipe for sure! I'll be hosting a bridal shower in a few months and this would be wonderful to make. I love clear drink dispensers, especially when the inside looks this yummy.

Yummy!! You seriously need to write a cookbook, I'm not even kidding.
