This recipe is foolproof...combine 4 ingredients and let chill. You really can't go wrong! Thank you Jenna for posting this incredibly easy and delicious dip that made an appearance on our House Hunters filming :-)
Ingredients
1 9oz box of chopped, frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
1 Knorr vegetable soup mix
16 oz light sour cream (the more times I make this, I use about 75% of the tub rather than the whole thing)
1 cup regular mayo
1. Mix all ingredients and stir well
2. Let chill in the fridge for a couple of hours (or overnight) before serving

Spinach dip is my weakness! I make this recipe all the time, but I add halved water chestnuts to give it a crunch! SO yummy!

Ooooooo yummy! Thanks so much for sharing - Knorr vegetable soup mix is seriously a God send, eh?!! Happy New Year to you and yours, sweet girl!

This looks fabulous!! As in, I would eat the entire thing myself.
OH RUTH. THIS ALSO LOOKS SWAGGIE, I WILL BE FOLLOWING YOUR BLOG FOREVER NOW BECAUSE IT IS SO SWAGGIE. PLEASE RESPOND TO ME. YOU ARE MY SWAG IDOL. ANYWAY RUTH, HAPPY NEW YEAR.
I add green onions and water chestnuts and serve in a sourdough bread bowl. Scoup put the bread and cut into chunks and use it to eat with the dip. Yum.
A real favorite on New Years Eve. Practically a meal.
This is easy! Maybe next weekend I will fix!
