5 Minute Chocolate Mug Cake

I have a major sweet tooth and I think I am rubbing off on my hubby :-). Every night after dinner I NEED something sweet. I try to keep my desserts healthy (or small on the rations) and my faves include chocolate skinny cows, teddy grams with dark chocolate almond milk or fat free chocolate snack packs (can you see a chocolate trend?). After dinner this week, Jon was craving something sweet and a recipe popped into my head. I stumbled upon this recipe and knew I had to try it out.

Ingredients
4 tbsp flour
4 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1 egg
3 tbsp milk
3 tbsp oil

1. Mix dry ingredients until blended

2. Add egg and mix well
3. Add milk and oil and stir for 30 seconds or until COMPLETELY blended

4. Microwave for 3 minutes
5. Easy enough? Cake in a mug!

I topped mine with sugar free cool whip and Jon loves using coconut Greek yogurt. Normally cakes are covered in frosting (best part right?) so it definitely needs something. I bet peanut butter or chocolate pudding would be delicious too!
