Baked Onion Dip

My big sister brought this dip to the lakehouse one weekend and I kid you not, the dish was licked clean in 10 minutes! Yes the ingredients are random but put together...it is ecstasy for your little palette. This dip is perfect for a happy hour or BBQ..you will be sorry if you don't make it!

Ingredients
Equal parts of the following:
Sweet onions, chopped
Hellmans mayonaise (yes...get Hellmans! None of that olive oil healthy stuff or Miracle Whip)
Parmesan cheese (you can use the shaker kind or actual shredded Parmesan, either works and is delicious!)

1. I used 2 cups of each and mix thoroughly
2. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
3. Pour the mixture in a 2 quart or 8 by 8 greased baking dish and bake for 45 minutes
4. Serve hot with Ritz crackers or tortilla chips

I had to check this one out. It sounds delicious and I love dip!!

And you Texas people and your Hellmans. It cracks me up!! Ben's coworker was going to come over for lunch one day and we were making sandwiches. His first question was: You have Hellmans right? I don't eat none-a that other stuff [thick Texas accent} :)
