Garlic Parmesan Knots

I have made these little pieces of goodness twice in less than 7 days...and each time it was at least a double batch. Y'all seriously. These garlic knots have got to be one of the easiest, cheapest, most delicious recipes I've ever made. I am at a loss for words when trying to explain how darn good these rolls are, just trust me and go make them. A try to eat just 1!!

Ingredients
1 tube refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp parsley

1. Roll out each raw biscuit into a rope and tie into a knot
2. Place knots on a greased baking sheet
3. Bake at 400 degrees for 8-10 minutes until knots are golden
4. While baking, whisk together the remaining ingredients in a bowl
5. Remove the knots from the oven and either brush or drizzle with the oil/seasoning mixture
6. Let cool and enjoy!

Question: This could totally be a dinner all on its own right? Cause when I make this, (yes, "when" cause it looks fantastic) I think it is safe to say I will consume the whole pan and not have room for anything else! Haha ;)

Thank you for your sweet comment on my blog:)

We love these knots! Seriously so easy to make and so yummy. My sis in law introduced our family to hear several years ago and they are basically gone as soon as she puts them out.

I have to make these! If they are anything like these ones we get up in Angel Fire, then we will be making them at least 3 times a month! They look so yummy! Pinning now!
