The weather is (kind of) cooling off so nights around here are being spent outside with this little man.You may be wondering why my baby is outside in a diaper and tennis shoes but to be honest, this is what you can normally find him in. He sleeps in a diaper, plays in a diaper, and I wouldn't have it any other way. Sure I dress him in clothes when we go in public but I can't get enough of his fluffy bum and big belly. He's hot natured like his daddy so diaper days just work for us. Ford is so busy these days. Jon was putting up our outdoor Halloween decorations and I sat in the grass watching Ford be Ford. He was collecting leaves, shrieking and waving as cars drove by, and running around the yard like it was his playground. I love watching him in his own little world, muttering baby babble under his breath and trying so hard to convey to me what seems to be the most important thing in the world. It has been such a joy to watch Ford complete physical milestones over the past year (I thought head control and rolling over was awesome!) but watching his brain learn and grow is fascinating. He's learning right from wrong, answering my questions, and has a gaggle of new words everyday. I don't want to forget these moments because they will be gone in the blink of an eye. So if you're in my neighborhood and happen to drive by, be sure to wave at my naked little baby, it will make his day.
