I got this delicious recipe from my girlfriend Leah! She has made these tortilla roll ups and numerous parties and get togethers and I knew they would be perfect for a weekend at the lake. They are so simple to make and easy to transport and serve.
Ingredients
15 tortillas
8 oz cream cheese
1 tbsp mayo
3oz diced green chilis
3oz diced black olives
3/4 cup cheddar cheese
dash of garlic powder
2 tbsp salsa
1 tbsp mayo

2 tbsp salsa
1. First I put the cream cheese block into a medium bowl and zapped it for 10 seconds so it would mix with the other ingredients
2. Add the rest of ingredients (minus the tortillas) and mix well
3. Refrigerate for 30+ minutes to make the mixture easier to work with and spread
4. Spread a 2-3 tablespoons of the mixture evenly into a tortilla and roll up
