Since yesterday kicked off the start to a 3 day weekend, I thought I would share a recipe with you guys that ist he perfect snack to take to the lake or serve at a happy hour, and it is easy!! This recipe comes from my big sis Cori and is a staple in our house.

1 box Saltine crackers
1 pkg dry ranch dressing mix (you can use the spicy ranch mix to up the heat)
3 tsp chili powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 cup oil (I used EVOO but you can use canola oil)

1. Mix the ranch mix, chili powder and garlic powder well

2. Pour mixture in the of the cup of oil and mix well

3. Put crackers into a large plastic bag and drizzle the oil mixture over the crackers

4. Turn and rotate the crackers randomly over the next couple of hours to make sure each cracker is coated evenly

5. Enjoy!

What are your go-to party recipes??

Love these firecrackers. They remind me of the lake! I love that you can pretty much always keep these ingredients on hand. You know my go-to is always the onion dip. Just mix sour cream with onion soup mix and you're done!
