Tomato Corn Chowder with Chicken

Thank you so much for all the birthday wishes yesterday!! I seriously had the best birthday ever! You have until Monday at noon to enter my giveaway :-), check it out here.

So on to today's recipe

Another recipe coming to you from the random kitchen of Ruthie Hart. I have been trying to actually use some of the canned goods and random things in our pantry since it is like a black hole in there. I had no intention of doing a recipe post about our dinner but it was too good NOT to share. Bare with me and the measurements because I was just throwing things in the pot :-).

Ingredients
2 cans tomato soup
1/2 bag frozen corn
2 cups shredded or cubed chicken, cooked
1 can Rotel with chilis, drained
1/2 cup milk
1 tbsp garlic powder

1. Mix all the ingredients in large pot, stirring until fully combined
2. Bring to boil and reduce heat to medium. Let simmer for 10 minutes.
3. Let cool and serve warm with french bread, corn bread or whatever you'd like!
