Cinnamon Honey Butter

I made this delicious butter and gave it as hostess gifts during the holiday seasons. It is so decadent and good...I am pretty sure I could eat it plain. I have never had the butter at Texas Roadhouse but supposedly this tastes similar. For all you mushpots, this would be a great gift for friends, teachers, co-workers and loved ones for Valentine's Day :-)

Ingredients
2 sticks of butter, room temp.
1 cup honey
1 cup powdered sugar
2 tsp cinnamon

1. Mix all ingredients until fully combined
2. Chill and serve with breads, rolls, whatever you'd like!

your posting some really good recipes! I need to get to cooking... It would help if my hubby's job was not to travel so darn much then I would actually cook meals:) till then I eat the same thing OVER and OVER.

Oh my! My mouth is watering. This looks awesome and I could probably eat it with nothing more than a spoon. Not that I would...I should probably just never make it.

Regular honey butter, without the cinnimon, is good too. My mum always used to make it with baking powder biscuits for lunches. It's best to be eaten with Lipton's Chicken Noodle soup. Brings back some great memories!
