Peanut Butter Chocolate Bars

AKA heaven....

Ingredients
1box yellow cake mix
1/2 cup melted butter
1 cup creamy peanut butter
2 eggs
1 (12 oz) pkg chocolate chips
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
2 tbsp butter
2 tsp vanilla

1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
2. Combine cake mix, melted butter, peanut butter, and eggs in a large bowl and mix thoroughly
3. Pour into a full sized baking dish but set aside 1.5 cups of the mixture for the topping
3. In a small pot, melt the chocolate chips, condensed milk and butter. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla
4. Spread the chocolate mixture over the cake mixture and top with remaining 1.5 cups of cake mix (it won't cover the entire baking dish so make sure you even it out)
5. Bake for 20-25 minutes depending on your oven. Cool and cut into individual bars

These bars are SO delicious, rich and filling. I ended up taking the leftovers to work with me and they were gone by 10am! You won't be sorry you made these (and people will think you are the most amazing little baker!).
